Today I wanted to grab a REALLY obscure Marvel character, Typeface. While very weird, he has no powers, and instead relies on letter-based weaponry. He previously appeared in the Civil War book, on CW154, but I wanted to flesh him out a little more here.

SFX: Pun-Cutting Edge. When Typeface uses a verbal threat, pun, accusation, or symbolic insult as part of an attack, step up or double Letter Blades for that action. On a failed roll, add a d6 to the Doom Pool.
SFX: Spell It Out. When Typeface inflicts emotional stress by twisting a hero’s words, reputation, or guilt against them, step up the effect die
Limit: Ridiculous Gimmick. When a hero mocks, undermines, or exposes the absurdity of Typeface’s theme, the Watcher may give 1 PP to that hero and shut down one Alphabet Arsenal power until Typeface takes an action to reassert control.
Limit: Scraps and Salvage. Typeface’s weapons are homemade and improvised. Shutdown Alphabet Arsenal when he is stripped of prepared letters, signage, or urban materials. Recover by finding new materials or spending a Doom die.
