Monday Milestones: The Invaders
It’s time for another Monday Milestone! This week we have one of Marvel’s earliest teams, WWII group: The Invaders!
The group was originally composed of Captain America, Namor, and the android Human Torch. It was introduced during a flashback in The Avengers #71, as the sort of prototype for the Avengers.
I geared these milestones toward two types of story arcs. A story set during WWII and/or a time travel story. These are, to me, the really iconic stories for The Invaders and I think they would be a lot of fun to play in.
For the tie-in datafile this week, I went with “Marvel’s First Mutant”, the ruler of Atlantis: Namor the Sub-Mariner!
