Ghost makes a great villain for low-level heroes. I’d love to see her up against Spider-Man or the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. sometime.

    Something wrong with the SFX in the second power set. It’s showing Wasp’s Bio-Electric Blast in there.

    Otherwise awesome Watcher file.
