The Marvel Cinematic Universe Sourcebook: Introduction
Greetings and welcome to the new year. We have big plans!
This year, we will be rolling out the Marvel Cinematic Universe sourcebook. Over the course of a few months, every week, we will be providing you with new material direct from the MCU. We are moving through the MCU chronologically by release date, so we will begin with Iron Man, then on to The Incredible Hulk, until we have covered every single MCU film. At least one Hero and one Watcher datafile will be released each week, with other datafiles and power sets released as well. Characters will also get updated milestones as the timeline advances. As the storyline draws closer and closer to Endgame, the datafiles will grow more and more epic.
Certain characters won’t necessarily appear where you think they will, either. Loki, for example, won’t be released until the Dark World week, where he’ll appear as both a Heroic and Watcher datafile, but will be fully usable for the earlier Avengers week.
If anyone out there is interested in creating a few short scenes for play with these datafiles, let me know, and I’ll help you get the files early to set those up.
By the end, you should be able to run your own stories set anywhere in the MCU.
