We saved the most radical for last, yo! Mikey is the heart of the team. Ever the optimist, always ready for action, and the absolute best at naming new bad guys. He’s a pizza connoisseur and has the most, um, imaginative theories when trying to solve mysteries. The proud owner of an ice cream kitty and never far from his trusty skateboard, Mikey is a wide-eyed and happy-go-lucky master of the nunchucks, as playful off the field of battle as he is serious on it.

(Should “Ninchuck Ninjutsu” be “Nunchuck Ninjutsu,” or are you punning?
Michelangelo is a sentimental favorite of mine. I think you’ve done very well by him especially (the naming-based Milestones are inspired).
They were a lot of fun to make. I think it would be fun to run the Turtles through Breakout and see what transpires.

I’m sometimes amazed that there hasn’t been a TMNT roleplaying game since the Palladium one from the 1980s. Their world is ripe for RP!
