X-CUTIONER’S SONG
Back when I first joined Plot Points, I penned an Event covering the events of X-Cutioner’s Song. At the time, Civil War: X-Men hadn’t come out, and I was new to the rules. I put together all of these datafiles as much for practice as anything else. Besides, the datafiles herein reflect the X-Men and their foes from their younger days. A lot has changed since then for mutant-kind.
Anyway, there were other Events and mini-events lined up for publishing on the Plot Points site, and this Event wound up on the back burner. Since we’re kind of between Events right now, we decided to release the X-Cutioner’s Song Event as I originally penned it.
A few points of order:
First, this Event is not formatted in typical Plot Points style. No one has done any special graphics for it. You see it bare bones, before any of the gifted artists here at Plot Points could get a chance to work their genius on it. We shall see if my text stands on its own.
Second, many of the datafiles herein have published counterparts in Civil War: X-Men. As stated before, these were my first attempts at datafiles, and a few of the powers really gave me a run for my money (I’m looking at you, Rogue and Multiple Man). Use whichever version you prefer.
Finally, this is a full-length Event, and I styled it after Civil War in its presentation as closely as I could to make it easier to read. Hopefully the player datafiles are printer-friendly.
I’ve heard quite a few people on the web looking for an X-Men Event to run, and I hope this fills the need. Now get out there and save Jean, Scott and Xavier from Stryfe!

Wow just wow. This is the amount of X-Men work I’ve been wanting MWP to release but honestly it seems I don’t have to wait any longer. I wish I could pay you guys for this.
A lot of work went into this Event and that’s obvious. Great job, man.
