Road to Civil War- Skype Game August 30

Howdy Y’all. So, it’s been a while. Sorry about that. I promise we have not been eaten by lions, just been really busy.

I’m going to be running a game over Skype tomorrow night (Aug. 30) at 9:45pm Central. I’ve got room for one more, if any of you would like to play. I’ll be running theΒ Road to Civil War. This is kind of a play and see how it goes session. If everyone has fun it might turn into an ongoing thing if we want it to, but don’t feel like playing tomorrow will obligate you to anything.

UPDATE: The spot is filled. Feel free to go ahead and email me, and I’ll let you know next time I run a game.

First person to email me (gatlin[dot]andrew[at]gmail[dot]com) with your character choice is in. Feel free to choose any official datafiles, or any from here at Plot Points.

Brownie points if you pick one I made πŸ˜‰

What event are you running? Homebrew or published?

I’m running Breakout, but with a fleshed out and new second act, where the players focus more on picking up escapees, and incorporating the Hulk and Thor What If DLCs. And I’m using a genuine Plot Points datafile for one of my modifications to the story, but I’m not revealing more than that, since I’ve got players that frequent this blog . . . πŸ˜‰

Shoot me an email with which of our datafiles you’re using. You’ve piqued my curiosity now…

If you have space in future games (or someone drops out of your current game), I would absolutely love to play.

Hey guys. I know a lot of you wanted to listen in. This was my first game as a Watcher, and honestly I was freaking out a little. Having a bunch of y’all ‘watching’ me would have made it a little worse. I’ll see about setting up something for the next game.

You would have freaked out? What about us? None of us knew each other before, hehehe. But I know the feeling, I probably wouldn’t have felt comfortable either. I guess now we are a little more confident.

Hi Andrew, I have been playing for a few months and I really believe one gets better with practice. I also believe that the dice mechanics do enhance the roleplaying since players call out their attributes during the actions. Hope you had fun and if you whant to bounce mechanics let me know.

    Best. Walt
