Hero Datafile: Psylocke
As requested by reader Jason Seas. Here is the datafile for Psylocke.
Jason requested the power set of the character shortly after her transformation into Lady Mandarin. That coincides with how she is presented in X-Men #1 in the early 90s.

I just realized that the genius of making “the focused totality of my psychic abilities” a 1 XP Milestone is that she will say it 4-5 times a scene, ALMOST as often as she had to say it in the comics.
