Watcher Datafile: Whiplash (MCU)

Ivan Vanko blames Howard Stark for his father’s failure, and has decided to seek revenge on Tony Stark. This datafile has two separate power sets. When Whiplash was first encountered, he would only use the top power set. When he’s finally in his full armor, you’ll then also use the second power set.
